What is on the surface a seemingly emotional statement is anything but that here at ADMC. It is all about capturing design intent quickly and with accuracy. Esthetics, functionality or some balance of the two? Is it cost effective, does it feel good in the hand, is it pleasing to the eye, are components interchangeable, can we validate calculated baselines, will it take a 3g hit, can we deliver it on time? There is no end to the list of questions, and in our discipline there should not be. But it is all about knowing what questions to ask.
What makes us successful here at ADMC is a threefold strategy. First, be an astute listener. Second, apply sound mechanical principles creatively. Third, know when to stop. I adopted this philosophy over 25 years ago with the help of my mentor, and it's proved itself successful ever since then. It transcends specifics of discipline and lends itself to all aspects of industry. This is my approach to industry and that of my employees. Our clients continue to fortify my belief in this approach thru the long term relationships we form and the broad variety of circumstances we are asked to get involved in with them.
