Advanced Design And Manufacturing Concepts, Inc.

Company Overview

Thank you for visiting our website. ADMC was formed in 1994 as a contract engineering services organization. At that time, I was 20 years into my own engineering career, having spent 16 of those years in the defense and aerospace industries. I was working in manufacturing engineering management in a large industrial controls corporation and operating under aggressive project timelines. I was responsible for meeting project deadlines in addition to hiring and training my own departments engineering personnel. Through those years of experience being responsible for both project and personnel handling, I came up with the idea for a company that would provide true custom tailored services targeted specifically at an individual customers needs, as opposed to the traditional temporary employment services that industry currently utilizes. Having personal experience as a contract engineer through these traditional types of temp organizations for over 12 of those then 20 years, in conjunction with my own experience in corporate management, I came to realize firsthand that the compromises made in hiring additional engineering support to cover capacity ramp ups or department backlogs, can end up with less than acceptable results. Hiring the right temporary personnel to address short through long term, accelerated or specialized consulting needs is not an easy task. For those of us in management or the trenches that have been a member of a hot project (is there any other kind?) with the wrong people involved, we all know the outcome. Enough said.

What constitutes ADMC as a specialized or custom tailored service or why would you use additional technical support services?

The answers are simple and economic based. Unbiased, fresh perspectives backed by extensive and successful industry experience to start. Additional immediate expertise to focus on solutions without long term commitments (unless your requirement dictates) and all the associated costs and accountability of traditional contractor or employment agencies (no minimum or maximum contractual hours, no benefits, no unemployment paperwork, no agency finders fees, etc.). Flat hourly rates regardless of weekly hours worked (no overtime rate) or fixed pricing for projects if possible. The ability to work on and off-site to get the answers you need in the most aggressive of time frames. This can free in-house staff to focus on other areas of your corporations need while new projects move forward or old issues get resolved. ADMC does not maintain traditional standards for office work hours. If you hired us due to backlog issues, we stay on it till its done. We have a documented history of successful projects working to aggressive timeframes in representation of our clients. ADMC was conceived with a focus, to become a value added commodity to it's clients thru reduced cost to manufacture. In today's corporate environment, reduced cost to build of products is not the new fad, it is survival and dominance in a new global marketplace. The industries we have successfully collaborated in are quite varied. We have provided services to the Defense, Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, Nuclear, Marine, Agricultural, Food And Drug, Industrial Tooling and Consumer Goods Industries.

Engineering diversification is the cornerstone of our foundation at ADMC. We find that to be of great benefit to our clients in so much that we bring to the table tricks of the trade from multiple disciplines and industries. This crossover approach makes for a creative engineering environment, and a substantial experience pool to tap into to provide our clients with the best choice of strategies and options to fulfill their needs now and in the future. Whatever your needs are, be that of a private inventor bringing their idea to fruition, or a multinational corporation facing competitive time to market requirements, we can tailor a service package that addresses your specific goals and needs.

Time is not just money, it's lost money if all of us are not alert. So, if moving forward and improving your organizations bottom line is a focus, give us a call. That's why were here. At your convenience, I would like to further discuss with you how utilizing ADMC can benefit you and your organization.

Respectfully Submitted,

John C. Conte
