Project: Hydraulic Cylinder Pivot Trunnion Mount for Semi-Submersible Marine Application
3D Model Views, Top Assembly BOM And Finished Assy Photo Showing Sub-Assembly Installed In Higher Level Final Assembly. This Was Designed As Part Of A Retrofit Package To A Customers Existing Product. The Trunnion Was Designed, Outsourced For Component Build, Components On-Site Inspected At Fabricator And Final Assembled And Functional Tested By ADMC. In Addition, ADMC Developed Installation Procedures And Complimentary Engineering Drawings For Trunnion Installation In Higher Level Final Assembly. ADMC Also Provided On-Site Services At Sub-Assembly Final Installation Into Top Assembly To Perform First Article Inspection And Functional Testing In Representation Of The Customer.
